Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated: 10-29-2026. This notice covers the Tupelo waitlist only. A full privacy policy for the product will be published before launch.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The plan you said you're interested in, if any.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from and the referring website.
- The time you signed up.
How we use it
To email you about Tupelo's launch and early access, and to understand which plans and channels people are interested in. We don't sell or share your email with anyone else.
At launch
When Tupelo launches, we pass the plan you picked, how you found us, which form you used and when you joined to the Tupelo app, so we can see which ads and plans lead to paying customers. Your email address itself is not passed on: we send a scrambled code made from it, which lets the app recognise you only if you sign up with the same address. The app deletes this information 12 months after launch, and the app's privacy policy, published before launch, says where it is stored.
Where it's stored
In a private database on our own server, hosted by Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland (European Union).
Before you join, your browser holds the ad or link you came from and the referring website, so they're still known if you read this page first. They're kept in your browser's session storage, not a cookie, and only for that tab: they're never sent anywhere until you join, and they're deleted when you close the tab.
Leaving the list
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@tupelo.one and we'll delete your information, including anything already passed to the Tupelo app.
